The influenza vaccines are free under the National Immunisation Program for:

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 6 months and over
  • Children aged 6 months to under 5 years
  • Pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy
  • People aged 65 years or over
  • People aged 6 months or over who have medical conditions that mean they have a higher risk of getting serious disease:
  • cardiac disease
  • chronic respiratory conditions
  • immunocompromising conditions
  • haematological disorders
  • chronic metabolic disorder
  • chronic kidney disease
  • chronic neurological condition
  • long term aspirin therapy in children aged 5 to 10 years.

You can make an appointment to see your doctor by phoning the surgery or via the website. We always keep a few slots for urgent or unexpected problems. If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when making the appointment. 

 

We are a bulk billing  practice. Extra fees and charges may apply for certain items. 

 

A patient’s medical record is a confidential document. It is a policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff. However, de-identified data may be used for research purposes.

 

Hours of operation  9am - 5pm Mon-Fri, 9am - 1pm Sat.

 

You can contact your doctor by telephone during normal surgery hours. 

 

If you have a problem, we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or the receptionist. You may prefer to write to us or use the suggestion box. We take your suggestions, feedback and complaints very seriously.
