Physiotherapy Services  by Active Point Physiotherapy is provided at 15B Douglas Road Quakers Hill 2763. This is a separate practice managed by Aditi Badhe (Principal Physiotherapist).


Pathology Services:  Onsite pathology. Please note pathology invoices are not generated by our clinic. Any invoice related issues need to be directly addressed with the pathology company issuing the invoice. Please ensure you have Medicare cover or appropriate private health cover prior to doing the any test recommended by our doctors.

About us

 You can make an appointment to see your doctor by phoning the surgery or via the website. We always keep a few slots for urgent or unexpected problems. If you have more than one issue to discuss, please tell the receptionist when making the appointment or make a long appointment.  

 

We are a bulk billing  practice located in Quakers Hill. Extra fees and charges may apply for certain items and you will be informed of this during the consultation.

 

A patient’s medical record is a confidential document. It is a policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.

 

Hours of operation  8:30am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 12:30pm Sat.
